Terms and Conditions
If you deal with the Victorian Liquor Industry Golf Club (VLIGC) you agree to do so subject to the VLIGC’s Terms and Conditions of trading. The VLIGC’s Privacy policy, which is published separately on this website, forms part of the VLIGC’s Terms and Conditions of trading.
1. Legal Capacity
You must have legal capacity including being over the age of 18 to use the VLIGC’s services.
2. Membership
To be eligible to become a member, you must be a representative of a related liquor industry business. All membership applications are subject to the approval of the Committee and membership fees will be refunded if you are deemed ineligible for membership. All decisions on membership, including suspension of membership, are at the sole discretion of the Committee.
Membership costs $200 incl. GST per member per calendar year or part thereof. All memberships are renewable on January 1st each year.
3. Fixtures
Fixtures are subject to change. Our best endeavours will be made to provide advance notice to members. It is the responsibility of members to keep their contact details up to date. Members can update their contact details live on this site at Membership/My Profile.
Play will continue rain or shine. Only if weather conditions put players at risk, or the golf course is closed, will an event be cancelled.
From time to time the VLIGC runs competitions for its members. In the event of disputes arising from these competitions, and the awarding of prizes (if any), the VLIGC Committee shall be the arbiter and all decisions made by the Committee shall be final.
4. Payment for Fixtures
Full payment must be received with registration. Cancellations made within 48 hours of an event will not be refunded. A cancellation fee of $25 will apply to cancellations with more than 48 hours notice. Changes to registrants require telephone or email notification. If this includes substitution of non-members for members, the difference in registration fees must be forwarded to the VLIGC before the event.
5. Security
The VLIGC uses current industry standard security practices to operate its systems including its website. We use the latest 128-bit digitally signed SSL certificated security. Credit card details are encrypted during transmission. The VLIGC does not store your credit card details. We use our best endeavours to ensure the security of any personal information that you provide to us.
6. Amendment
The VLIGC may change its Terms & Conditions and Privacy procedures from time to time. A copy of the VLIGC’s current Terms & Conditions and Privacy policy will be posted on its website and a print copy can be provided upon request.
